Day 1: Kampala – Bwindi Gorilla Park
Wake up very early, enjoy your breakfast and thereafter, embark on the journey to Bwindi Impenetrable gorilla trekking forest National Park. The safari will take you through the grasslands of Ankole, to have a view of the famous long horned cattle. Continue to the Switzerland of Africa –the kigezi highlands, your eyes will feast on very beautiful sights of the lust terraced hills and homesteads for photos before reaching Bwindi. We shall have lunch en route, proceed to the park and check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight at Mahogany springs lodge, Gorilla mist camp or Wagtail Eco safari camp.

Day 2: A memorable Gorilla Tracking
Gorilla_Trekking_BwindiEnjoy your breakfast; get briefed by the professional ranger guide.Hoever, packed lunch shall be prepared in advance. We shall then be led by the rangers deep into this thick forest to search for the Gorillas. We shall move up and down the rugged terrain until we finally meet these harmonious, intelligent and dramatic creatures that will entertain us with performances for a full hour, at this moment, set your cameras ready to take photos of the dramatic group. Return to your Lodge; relax as preparing for afternoon community walk. Have dinner and overnight at your Lodge as on day one.

Day 3: Bwindi to Lake Bunyonyi

Take breakfast before transferring for the scenic journey to Kabale driving through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape. Arriving at Lake Bunyonyi for lunch at Arcadia Cottages and embark on local community visit for traditional dances where you may take part in dancing, drumming or simply watch and enjoy the entertainment. Have dinner and overnight in Arcadia Cottages with a clear view of the Lake.

Day 4: Boat cruise - Return to Kampala

Have breakfast and enjoy early morning boat cruise on the lake to visit the various islands for bird watching and sight viewing. Back to Arcadia Cottages for lunch and thereafter, return to Kampala for dinner and overnight at Serena hotel, Fair way hotel or Mamba point.
